Prayer
We believe in a powerful and loving God who hears and answers our prayers, therefore prayer plays a central role in everything we do here at Christ Church.
Prayer Ministry
Our prayer ministry teams are available at al of our services. The teams meet regularly to pray and encourage one another and they share words of knowledge or pictures given by the Holy Spirit at the services and encourage people to respond by coming forward for prayer. We also encourage people to come forward for physical, mental or emotional healing, to receive the blessings and gifts of the Holy Spirit, and to pray for loved ones or those God has put on their hearts.
If you would like to become part of a prayer ministry team please contact the church office for more information about the next training course.
Prayer Meetings
We have three regular organised prayer meetings:
- General prayer, every Friday at 9.15 am, where we pray for the church, church leadership, community events and whatever else God puts on our hearts.
- Prayer for the persecuted church
- Revival prayer
You are welcome to attend any of these prayer meetings. Contact the church office for more details.
